Aph have us poor instructions on arrival, no answer from phone number provided for over half an hour on arrival, used chat bot whastapp for help and it gave us wrong instructions causing us to pay for a car park. The car park was refunded but they took no other responsibility. As a frequent traveller I would never use them again. Never been as stressed before my holiday as this. Avoid!”
