“When you book you have to guess what traffic There will be on the M25/23 and what delays you will face on your return flight. So when you phone up 10 mins before arriving or after collecting baggage you are greeted with oh your early or late . Has to be more flexible, plus we had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be returned .”
