“Great service, so quick and easy especially for early morning flights. Was a little unsure on instructions given for collection but not a problem as soon found. Last time we used this service we dropped off/collected from car park which was slightly easier, but doesn't detract from excellent service.”

Once we returned from our holiday we contacted APH once we had cleared the baggage hall and by the time we got to the meeting point our car had just arrived. Excellent service. “On a rainy dark morning at 4.30am, no matter what instructions you have, it is still quite bewildering to end up in the right place. Took me 3 attempts and a £5 whizz through the car park. Don’t head for valet parking, don’t go for the right hand lane on the dual carriageway on the approach to departures - you actually want the slip road in front of the Sofitel, oh and don’t turn right into the sign-posted entrance of a myriad of other meet and greet companies with half a dozen or so logos on the sign. No. Go straight ahead and pull up at the central reservation before it runs out. Still haven’t worked out where I was meant to stop and ring 10 mins from arrival. Turns out that would’ve been the M23!
Still, the chap on the phone was very patient every time I called (illegally parked no doubt!).

“Excellent service, though having to call in advance was not clearly stipulated in the e-mail instructions, hence had to wait 15mins for a driver to be available on arrival. Otherwise happy with the service as took the stress out of parking at Gatwick.”
