“Rang up 10 mins before we arrived at the airport, there were several employees waiting to help us.
Hand over was simple and quick, a visual check for the car, a ticket for return collection and off we went.
Return leg was good too, we rang from baggage, was told to ring again when we have collected all our luggages. Then it was a simple case of walking back to where we dropped the car off to pick up the car, actual wait for car was about 5 mins.”
“This was the first time I had used Meet and Greet. When I called when I was 10 minutes away from the airport I was told to take the right hand lane at the drop off point at Gatwick North terminal and go to the far end and pull in to the left. I did this but was not in the correct place as I should have been further right, outside the Premier Inn. This was not a real problem as the Meet and Greet gentleman saw me. Coming home was easy as I now know where to go. There is no mention on your website nor was it explained on the phone that in front of the Premier Inn was basically the target. More reference to the lane in front of the Premier Inn (there is probably a sign), would make things infinitely easier. But, apart from this hiccup the process worked very well and I would certainly use it again and recommend to friends.”
“Fab service, forecourt Meet and great. Easy to find drop off, drivers waiting straight away to take the car. Pick up equally as seemless, despite having to change to an earlier flight and different terminal just several hours before flying everything was seemless. Perfect”
