“The service was exceptional compared with that of other airports in the UK we have used. All staff were extremely helpful and kept us informed at all times. The facilities for security checks and in the departure lounge were also very good, and we especially appreciated the convenience of the Spe I’ll Assistance office at the front of the North Terminal.”

“I always use Meet and Greet. It's just so easy and straightforward.
You just arrive at the terminal, hand the keys over to the meet and Greet staff then it's a 2 minute walk to departures.
Then when you get back give them a call once you have your luggage, walk over to the same place you dropped the car off and in a few minutes your car is brought back to you. No hassle. Easy peasy.”
