“The whole process was brilliant, easy to book online. The phone call you need to make just before you arrive was picked up promptly and good customer service The guy who picked car up was professional. When we arrived back from holiday, the customer service was good once again.”
“On arrival someone was waiting to pick up the car which was great. Once we got back from our destination we called like it had said, we waited over 30mins for our car, the gentleman turned up and said we had a flat tyre and had to pump it up, it wasn't flat when we left and haven't had any trouble since being home!! The car looked like it had be rummaged through, glove box was opened, and my centre console opened, glasses box moved which was odd. Don't think I'd use them again”
“Although clear instructions were given at the time of booking and when we were approaching terminal North there was no visible signage at the meeting point. It would help a lot to have some prominent signage opposite the Premier Inn.”
“Cant prove it but car was wet on full of leaves on return - heating left on full power in attempt to dry it before we got car - won't use again and appears very suspect”
