“I felt when dropping off my car at the airport the colleague didn't provide much information about checks to my car and didn't provide much assurance that the car would be taken straightaway as there is one person dealing with 3 or 4 drop offs at once. Also when I contacted the office upon my arrival it took 30 minutes for my car to arrive. Also my driver’s seat support cushion was forced off the seat rather than unclipping from the back which was frustrating as I think it was clear this could have been removed from the clips behind the seat. Plus it then took me a while to put this back and readjust it before starting my ongoing journey. In future I think I would prefer to part my car near the airport myself rather than valet parking.”
