“We have used other meet and greet services before and found this a very convienient way to park. I was dissapointed with this company because we had to wait 20 mins for the car to arrive. With other companies it has been there straight away. It would have been just as quick to catch a bus to one of the car parks!”
“Meet location at Gatwick North not specified clearly enough in documentation. Confusion on arrival, with many other Meet & Greet companies now operating in same area i.e. the Ground floor multi-storey operators. The APH representative was very difficult to identfy, with no uniform or banner. Pick-Up on return to Gatwick worked well.”
