“Had to cancel my booking at very short notice due to testing positive with Covid. Asked APH to rebook to a later date but they took hard a nosed approach and as per the contract my booking was forfeited.
As a loyal customer of many years I was expecting a more sympathetic and supportive response. Disappointed.”

“The benefits of having a drop off and pick up just outside the terminal is something worthwhile.
However we stayed overnight at Hilton and was advised that you could have picked car up from there. This was compounded as we struggled to find the drop off and written and then when we called wasn’t easy to follow. Again on arrival having to call and receive instructions over phone wasn’t ideal. In future I am more likely to take valet or prime parking at Gatwick”
