“We needed to wait 20 minutes for someone to meet us when we dropped our car off which we didn’t mind too much. However, when we returned we waited 40 minutes for someone to meet us. We could’ve parked in a car park and used a bus transfer quicker which defeats the object of meet and greet”
“Traveled between 04/12/23-11/12/23 and left my vehicle with APH. Clear directions were given to the collection point. Called 10 minutes before arriving and was met within 3 minutes of arriving. I left my mobile phone in the vehicle and the company told me they would leave it in the glove compartment until I returned. On return called ahead as instructed when we collected our luggage and went to the meeting point. The driver met us within 5/6 minutes of us getting there. The car was in good condition as left and the mobile phone was in the glove compartment. The service was very good and trustworthy.”
