“We received a good service when dropping our car off, but when we came to collect our car, we were left waiting nearly an hour with no explanation.
Not the service we would expect.
Will go back to using other car parks in the future.”

“Lovely job, the lads were waiting for me to drop off and after a short phone call brought the car to the pick up point within a few minutes, they are very professional and top class, I have used them a number of times. A friend used to work for APH they only employ the best people.”
“Was kept waiting too long on both arrival and departure - fortunately the weather was OK. Seems to defeat the object if rhe drop off and return are not met in a timely way! 15 mins on arrival and 12 mins on return. Will not be using your service again.”
