“This was so very different from the Heathrow meet and greet which had been terrible! Very polite, professional and courteous drivers and very obliging service via phone calls, allowed us to extend our collection by 12 hours with no charge. I will definitely use these guys again.”
“I have used various meet and greets including Aph many times and will continue to do so as I travel frequently. this is the second time I have been waiting over 40 minutes for my car to be returned - also I had to keep calling for updates - which was also not helpful, was told that they would be there any minute which was a lie as I waited a further 30 mins! I was extremely tired and paid a premium to not be left waiting around like that. I would not choose APH again for this reason.”
“The back of my car was covered in large bird poo for 2 weeks. it has been very difficult to get off and has left marks where they pooed on the plastic parts. it was obviously left under a tree or where birds roost.
Absolutely disgusted and when i pointed out to the driver he said OH DEAR. Very helpful i think NOT. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.”
