“All went to plan however it was tricky to see where to pull over to drop the car off. The person was not very visible and there is no designated bay. You have to pull into the bay where it suggests you have to pay which might put people off when the payment is sorted by APH.”
“Booked through APH and thought we were being serviced by APH, it transpired we weren't.
I went to make a 12hr ammendment to my booking and they wanted an extra £160. They said something about the prices increasing since I booked. I didn't accept this so they lost the extra custom anyway I parked the extra 12hrs and Gatwick got my money.
Dropped the car off at the original time, went smoothly. Collection of car was also smooth. My car records it's journeys and the car park was only approximately 2miles from where I dropped it off outside the Premier inn at North terminal.
The product is great, but the customer service leaves a little to be desired.”
