“When I arrived there was no one there to collect the car. We phone in advance as requested, we’re told they would be there , we’re not for 15 minutes . Could have parked at the medium and saved myself the money.”

The return was equally good car arrived at drop off point within a minute of us arriving. APH staff were really helpful and friendly - all in all a really good experience - will definitely use again”

“We were affected by the August Bank Holiday fiasco and APH couldn't have been more accommodating allowing us to retrieve our car and return the next day to a different terminal. They made it simple and the collection/delivery guys were also very pleasant.”
“Do not use this company at all. I trusted them with my car and they lost the emergency key that was hidden internally in the fob and are not accepting any responsibility. According to them they class the emergency key as an additional key, so beware. Take your own photos of your car and keys. Even though you need to give the whole fob with the emergency key otherwise they would have been stuck if the fob failed.
If you want the car and keys back in one piece, use a different company.”
