“It was a seamless service, I called 10 mins outside of Gatwick North, someone met me outside the Premier Inn Hotel, checked the vehicle, gave me a QR code and off I went. This all at 3am!!
The process coming back was just as seemless, I called going through passport control and the cat was delivered back to me 20 mins later.”
“We were generally happy with the service and the staff were really friendly. Only feedback is that the email and instructions imply that someone will be waiting for you when you arrive (we called 10minutes beforehand as advised) and would be waiting there with your car pick up but in reality we were waiting for them on both occasions. So we would probably just park and use the bus in future. On pick up it was over 25minutes for our car to be returned from when we called and we were stood on the side of a road waiting with a restless toddler which wasn’t ideal after an exhausting journey.”
“Damaged my car, left us stranded at midnight with a 1 and 3 year old knowing I wouldn’t be able to drive away. When we found them back they just told me to call breakdown cover, then emailed their customer service who basically told me it’s not their problem and then ignored all further emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”
“Drop off was very good, however, we were kept waiting for our car on return, the meeting point had no shelter, it was cold & windy(just back from a hot weather holiday) and I don’t know what we could have done if it was raining.
Suggest you set up a sheltered drop off/pick up point.”
“We use Meet & Greet several times a year and the service is great but on this occassion all our dials on the car had been changed which we were not very happy about especially as our flight was delayed leaving our detination and it caused a problem with trying to sort this out. Please make a note of this as we will be using you again in July and again in September.”
