“The meet and greet service was done by I love parking.
On arrival, my vehicle was handed over as instructed. However, on my return, I was made to wait for thirty minutes, after which I rang to follow up and was told that my car would not start. Following a further thirty-minute wait I was taken to the parking lot. This delay was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially after a long journey.
After picking my keys up and being taken to my car which ("would not start") I got into the vehicle and pushed the clutch in whilst turning the key, the car started first time.
More concerningly, when my vehicle was finally returned, I discovered damage that was not present when I dropped it off.”
“I used my blue light card app as a link for using APH parking at Gatwick. You phone 10 mins before you get there, and they meet you outside the Premier Hotel. Great for us as we were staying there anyway. On the return they meet you at the same place, just phone APH as you pick up your cases and go through customs.”
