“Used meet & greet in June after following there procedure waited 25 minutes at 12/30 in the morning for the return of my car.
Used this company again in the last couple of weeks again followed there procedure, when I spoke to one of their operatives who asked did i have my luggage witch I replied i can see it,he replied ring again when you have it and he hung up,I rang back but put on hold I knew where the collection was but again waited 20 minutes curb side for my vehicle.”

“The service was very good I had not used the parking service previously and was cautious, but I can say the service is very good and professional. They clearly knw what they are doing.
My only issue was when going to Gatwick south termnal the post code given was not correct, although I didn't phone 20 before my arrival, which I was told to do. So really my fault, the staff do answer the telephone and the customer service is good, highly recommend it, I will use it again for sure .”
