“A good service but arrival instructions could be a bit clearer. Your told to keep right at entry however the road markings say coaches only, having only a short time to make a decision we took the other entry and had to go around airport again.”
“It was a great and easy service to use. I loved being able to drop off and pick up my car at the airport and it was very quick to get it back when we arrived. Although I understood the directions, a link like https://maps.app.goo.gl/J1JHSooub2HRgDSd8 (Gatiwck North drop off) could make navigation to the drop off point easier.”
“Dropping off the car at Gatwick North treminal was easy and the driver was there waiting for us and was very polite and thorough taking pfotos of the car. On our return I had said we remembered where we dropped the car off, but coming out of the terminal it was a different area and we couldn't find the meeting point! I had to phone again and the receptionist was really helpful giving us clear directions where to go and we were able to find the car and driver easily, another very polite and friendly chap. We have been using APH car parks for years, but this is first time with meet and greet...an excellent service.”
“Good service, better information on the collection point past the zebra crossings at Gatwick South terminal would help. We arrived and were unaware that our collection driver was 100yds further up the drop off zone.
