“I would recommend APH off site parking but not the meet and great, operated by I love Meet and Greet. I found the directions confusing getting there and then when I chose to take video of my car for evidence in case anything happened I was met with sarcasm from the I Love Meet and Greet staff member.
On return we did as asked and were told the car would be 15 minutes. It was late at night so no traffic and yet we had to phone again after waiting 20 minutes. I was told they were 'around the corner' but after waiting a further 10 minutes they finally arrived with no apology for the delay. Staff member just wanted us to sign so they could leave. I didn't until I fully checked the car.”
“Really good and efficient, both with dropping off and picking up. I checked the mileage, due to bad press recently about other companies, and it had only done 10 miles. The staff were polite, even at 6 am!!
I highly recommend this company and will be doing it again as I have got fed up waiting 30 minutes plus for a park and ride bus.”
“Straight forward dropping car of at north terminal driver was waiting on our arrival. Pick car up from south terminal a week later ,had to look around to find the pick uk place as I couldn't see a sign for the meet and greet area, but our car was there with the driver.”
