“So easy, get to terminal hand over and keys and off you go. Call when in baggage recalim and car waiting on exiting the terminal (and this was 3.00 a.m. in the morning). Great Service”
“This is a great service but there does need to be more signage at the North Terminal in Gatwick where to drop off your car. Staff are very professional and polite.”
“I was really impressed with the service provided. An assistant was waiting for us right outside the terminal building where we handed over our keys. We called them when we picked up our luggage as instructed and they were there waiting for us. Great service without the hassle of having to get on an airport bus. Will definitely be using again.”

“I have used APH car parks and the Meet & Greet service too for many years and had always been entirety happy with the service, but not this time.
On arrival, I called the usual number when we had cleared customs and were told there were delays due to “diversions” and it might take 15-20 minutes for drivers to return our car to South Terminal, but they would “dispatch” someone asap. The ref to “dispatching” someone asap made me wonder whether the problem was in fact “diversions” or driver shortages. Anyway, it took almost 30 minutes from my phone call before the driver turned up and unlike the usual polite and helpful APH staff, he said not a word as he got out, handed me the key and showed me his phone for a signature. Altogether, a most un-APH Experience.
I should say the driver who met us when we dropped the car off was fine and up to the usual APH standards.”
