“Drop off worked perfect! On return however had to wait on the phone to get connected to advise of my arrival (approx 10 minutes) and then for over 40 minutes for my car to arrive (due to lack of drivers apparently). Was expecting to be able to walk straight out of the terminal to my awaiting car.”

Return a little more complicated as it's a bit less straightforward getting back to the designated spot via left and ramp as not so clearly signposted. However, the pick up itself was very smooth and your staff, again, friendly and proficient. Highly recommended”
