“This was truly 5 star experience. Staff were prompt following the phone calls APH requested, were courteous and efficient and I was away (to airport and then to home) on each occasion within a coyole of minutes.”
“The process for drop off and collection of your vehicle is very simple. On our return it took over 30 minutes for our vehicle to be returned which late at night was frustrating. BUT, had we parked the car ourselves, even in short stay, we would have had to get back to the car and given we left from North Terminal at Gatwick, but returned to South Terminal that may have taken the same time. So all in all worth sticking to Meet and Greet.”
“Both on departure and arrival at Gatwick , the valet parking driver didn't arrive for over 20 minutes.
This led to stress and delay, not what you want for your holiday.
I would suggest they employ more drivers.”
“It's a very convenient service, it's just a 2 min walk to the entrance of the terminal.
We struggled to find the exact location of the Meet and Greet spot though - it's not entirely clear and the signs weren't that helpful. It's the last stand on the drop off corridor, not the coach one. Otherwise happy with the service.”
“This was the first time using Meet and Greet. It went seamlessly. The driver was already waiting for the car when we arrived. Quick smooth handover of keys and short walk into the terminal. Equally smooth on return. Very patient when we had a last minute hitch on arrival. I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend.”
