“The problem is whilst I booked an APH M&G, it was fulfilled by I love M&G who on this occasion have not impressed. They have caused damage to the car and rather than have a sensible conversation, completely dismissed the situation and basically told me I was lying.
So will I use this service again, NO. Which is a shame because its something we have used on 4/5 occasions. When calling APH for help, I was told the T's and C's state that they're not liable for 'Third Party' providers, yet, they send a request under their name for a review. All a bit confusing.
Anyway, no more M&G's for us by this method. APH park and go is still excellent and cheaper, so thats the way to go.”
“Excellent service. It's so convenient to drop off your car and pick it up close to the terminal and takes away the worry of getting to the airport on time. It can be pricey but was cost effective for our party of 5 compared to staying over or paying for rail fares.
A suggestion, maybe they can wash your car before delivering it back to you.”
“We’ve used APH / I love meet & greet a couple of times now and it’s an absolute game changer. It’s clear why they’re a Which? recommended provider, the staff are amazing and very flexible when it comes to the inevitable airport delays ! You ring once you’ve collected baggage and your car is pulling up outside as you exit (pick up and drop off is opposite the premier inn). Hassle free airport transfers, would highly recommend !”
