“I called ahead, they told me where to drop the car and someone came and collected it within 10 minutes. When I landed back at the airport, I called them and they brought the car back to the same spot, again within 10 minutes. Very efficient and polite staff. There was an issue with the company I used to book the parking as they didn’t explain where I needed to go, so make sure you call ahead and APH staff will help you with where to go.”
“The service was very good on our arrival at the airport. We phoned them as requested when we were 10 minutes from the airport and they were there to meet us.
On our return you are requested to call them once you have all your baggage. I did this but phone wasn't answered until we were standing outside the terminal building. I called at 23.39 hours and our car did not arrive until 00.15 hours 36 minutes later. Not a good service, and did not appreciate having to stand outside all this time and not impressed that no apology given for keeping us waiting so long or that when the car finally arrived if was covered in bird mess”
