“We were left waiting for an hour when collecting our car. When calling to say we had collected our bags and were ready to collect our car in 10 mins, I was told it would 30 mins “worse case” as they were a person down. Ended up being a full hour standing outside in the cold at 1.30am, staff were rude. Never using this service again! Dreadful experience”
“The drop off experience was fine, albeit the person who took the phone call was abrupt and rude. He was barking orders rather than explaining the process. The person who collected our car however was lovely. Pick up however was the problem. We waited 30 minutes in the cold with our 2 year old waiting for our car. When I rang them to check where the car was they said it was blocked in by another car because we said we were arriving at 7.30 and it’s not 8.30. We had said our flight arrives at 7.30 therefore we would be out by 8.30, so that was a complete lie. The only reason I would recommend this is with the hope that our service is not what everyone else experiences and a blip rather than the norm.”
“Really helpful, efficient and professional, we were delayed arriving to Gatwick due to traffic and notified them of this which was ‘no trouble’, similarly the plan was delayed coming back to Gatwick and it was just as seamless to collect our vehicle, haven’t got any negatives to say at all.”
