“We were kept waiting for an hour on our return at the pick up point One member of staff drew up in a van and had a cigarette for about 15 minutes then returned to the depot only to turn up with our car while we had been waiting for an hour about 30 minutes later. Back to APH parking at Copthorne for me.”
