“The service itself was good and straight forward. There was a slight delay in initially dropping the car off but this was not too bad.
Unfortunately however, our car was returned to us in a very dirty state. The driver actually apologised and said he had attempted to hose it down. It was covered in tree sap etc which is very difficult to get off. On top of this there is a nail in one of the tires. These are brand new tyres and I have not bothered to argue as I don’t believe it would be worth it and I imagine difficult to prove.
Therefore my advice to others is to avoid.”
