“I wasn’t sure how this would work but it was so simple and very convenient. I called just before arrival and was met straight away. On departure I called from the airport after passport control, went straight to the collection point and waited only around 5-10 mins. I will use again in future and would definitely recommend.”

“The experience of using this service for the first time was awful. When we arrived at the drop off it took 25 minutes which I can understand a delay however customers who were turning up before us were getting their cars collected before us even after flagging this to staff. During vehicle pick up on our return we followed the instructions and called once we had collected our bags, we waited 35 minutes, called multiple times to be told there was road works causing delay, again customers who had arrived after were getting their cars collected before us, we had spoken to one of the members of staff who explained the wait shouldn’t haven’t been so long as the vehicles are not kept far from the drop off and pick up. We had a 4 year old with us and were waiting in the cold and rain on both occasions for over the time it should have taken.”
“The drop off was perfect - really easy. On the return, I called as instructed and was told my car would arrive in 15-18 minutes. It finally arrived just under 30 minutes later, on a Tuesday night in November when the airport was virtually empty. The bus to the car park takes less time and I might have been in my car much soon for less money. I wouldn't waste my money on this service again nor recommend it. It just wasn't worth it.”
