“Drop-off process was good. No problem. When I returned, I followed their process exactly as requested and waited 32 mins for my car to come back. Person in office said that local roadworks were a problem. When I spoke to the driver he said that he had only got the keys 10mins earlier. My conclusion is that there are not enough drivers working. Probably no quicker than using long stay.”
“The service when departing was exceptional, but we had to wait one hour in the cold for our car to be ready upon our arrival and if I had known that would have been the case, I would have not used the service as for the VIP meet & greet and the price paid, we expected to walk straight up to our car and be on our way.”
