“First time using the service and it was great, fast timely and the person answering the phone was informative. Only issue I have and this is a Gatwick issue is they have no proper clear signs when it comes to parking. This was the issue with long stay before as sat nav does not take you to the proper place and then they put up signs but this is at premier inn but there are 2 on site. FYI You choose the Premier Inn on the left closest to the terminal. Think I would only use this service from now on.”
