Room for improvement - please include clearer instructions on the return collection location (I know it's the same as drop-off, but my memory isn't what it used to be, so some guidance from arrivals to the location would be great).

“The pricing was competitive, which initially made APH Parking a convenient choice. However, the instructions provided were unclear and caused unnecessary stress. The postcode given was incorrect, and it wasn’t mentioned clearly that the car would be picked up ten minutes after calling from in front of the Premier Inn at Gatwick Airport. We spent time searching and second-guessing the location. Better communication and precise directions would make a big difference. On the positive side, the drivers were polite and helpful once we found them.”

“On arrival at Gatwick North, I had to go and find the 'I Love Meet and Greet Uniformed driver' - rather than them meeting me at the specified spot and arranged time.
Then, on my return, I followed their instructions and called them when we got our luggage. Was told to wait outside near Premier Inn. Was there just over 30 mins waiting. Not a good experience at all. Will definitely look for another company for our next trip way in September.”
