“The only issue I had is that I called as soon as we had our lugage and we still had to wait 25mins for the car to be dropped off. It was late and we were waiting outside with two young children. Ive not had that from a Meet and Greet service before. Drop off at the start of our holiday was perfect, all the staff we spoke to and met were brilliant, just dissapointing that the main thing you pay for is the efficeincy of the transfer but that wasnt there at the end of the holiday.”

Having two children with us in the pouring rain made the situation even more stressful.
The driver's response seemed dismissive, and we felt that the explanation about being short-staffed didn't justify the poor service.
