“It took 20 mins at 1.30 am for our car to come to us, phoned them three times. Was told by one person that they were late as a member of their staff had to go to hospital and then was told by the man that drove the car around that they were late because the previous person’s key fob didn’t work. Second time in a row we’ve used them and had to wait over 20 mins. It’s not a great service, will be using a car park on site next time”

After calling ten minutes before our arrival at the airport, we were met at the designated drop-off point by a friendly and helpful driver who gave clear instructions for the return process. Upon our return, the same driver was there promptly with our car, making the experience quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend.”
“We recently used APH’s Meet & Greet service at Gatwick. On our return, we followed the instructions and called once we had cleared customs. Unfortunately, we were left waiting 50 minutes in the cold and rain for our car to arrive, with a 4-year-old and a 10-month-old.
The long wait was difficult, especially with young children after a flight, and we were expecting a smoother handover based on the service description. While we appreciate that delays can happen, clearer communication and faster response times would have made a big difference.
We hope APH can take this feedback on board and improve the reliability of the service, particularly for families and during poor weather.”
