“Both myself and my daughter had to wait in excess of 20mins for both cars to be returned......having used this service beforehand we found this to be excessive. Didn't help when you have 2 special needs children with you either”

“I have used this service before with AOP. However this time, i thought I had booked with APH, so I knew what to when I arrived at Gatwick. When I called to say I was on my way, I found out that I had booked with another company which is part of APH. Once I spoken with this other company it was very clear, quick, efficient and the gentleman I sope with was very helpful both at APH and the other company”
