“Absolutely disgusting, we put postcode in sat nav we was given, took us to a completely different part of Gatwick and we received a parking fine, for stopping on red route where the postcode sent us, so now we have to pay a parking fine on top of the cost of the meet and greet. Not very good instructions to get to meet and greet.”

“In general a good service - the directions make Gatwick south drop off a little hard to find. They should consider using ‘what 3 words’ it would make life so much easier for detailing a location. On return I had to wait outside for 25 minutes for my car to arrive despite calling from baggage reclaim. I was told it was because you were busy. That’s fine, although my flight was 4 hours long so you had plenty of time to track it , I also called you before take off to let you know I was on my way. When you pay for a meet and greet service your expectations are that this is what you’ll receive. I would have expected a discount or refund personally to reflect the misleading product description. That said , staff were always friendly and polite and seemed to be trying their best as well. It’s just that there are much better services than this one available I am afraid”
“We received excellent, efficient and professional service both when we dropped the car off at Gatwick North terminal and when we returned. The driver was waiting for us when we dropped the car off and we only had to wait around five minutes when we returned. All the staff were very friendly And efficient, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
