“Parking in this car park by the Sofitel North Terminal Gatwick makes it so much easier. No need to ring in advance, just turn up and hand over your keys to the hut. On the way back collect your keys from the hut and that's it. South Terminal is a bit different and I think involves a phone call. It isn't the cheapest option but it isn't the most expensive either and for North Terminal it is the easiest option with no hand over to another person and no waiting for the car when you get back.”
“I’ve used APH at Stanstead two or three times now and been very happy each time. Thought I would use the Gatwick service also but the instructions were incredibly unclear, emailing a postcode that was not the correct location to drop the car. When I dropped it no one said we had gone to the wrong location and took the key. When I returned I followed the instructions to call the number and say I had landed and no one said anything about where to go to collect, when I went to collect my car the car had been dropped at the south terminal (not where I had dropped it). Not once did anyone make this clear despite dropping it at this location and calling and the initial instructions were not clear. The staff were nice enough but didn’t seem to care and it looked as though other customers were equally frustrated by the lack of clear instructions. Won’t use the Gatwick service again.”
