“Very good and easy services near the terminal and very accessible. However , the staff members at the car park appeared to be very bored and unbothered. Poor communication on their side on both drop off and pick up and did not seem to be interested at all . Every question we asked appeared to be a burden for them with no basic manners at all. Very poor customer service from the staff members and that definitely needs to be addressed.”

Phoned as we cleared customs there was a queue for the lift. Car was waiting for us by the time we got to the pick area.”
