“I made a mistake with my booking which I realised on day 1 of a 14 day holiday. I contacted APH to extend my stay by email. They couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. I contacted their sub-contractor Maple and they solved the problem quickly. I then realised I could have booked directly with Maple. I will next time.”
