“Very convenient and less than 5 minute walk from North terminal entrance. Good and clear directions how to find Ace parking on arrival. Reasonably priced too particularly as my car was parked with Ace for three weeks.
However the greeting on arrival was not particularly welcoming and on my return the directions where to find my car were unclear and I did not find the agent helpful.”
“Waited for an hour for my car to be delivered to the collection point. When asked the staff why my car was taken so long, no one wanted to take ownership. After making a 2nd complaint, a member of staff game me a CS email address, but could not give me an eta of my vehicle.”
