“We booked at the wrong terminal, on the return trip they kindly brought the car closer for convenience. I am missing a keyring, but otherwise a good service.”
“Received a parking charge notice of £100 whilst car was with Ace Meet & Greet Gatwick. Emailed APH customer services who said they would not do anything, advised to email Ace Meat and Greet customer services. Have had no response.”

No obvious signage to find way out of hotel car park and into the terminal.
Car ready upon arrival back in UK, left in bay.”
