“Drop off at Gatwick North was ok. The person at the office suggested that our return flight was returning to Gatwick South so they’d take the car there on our return. I said ‘no’ the flight definitely returns to Gatwick North as per my flight details and as per the paperwork I submitted. They didn’t listen, car was at the wrong terminal when we got back so had to wait 20 mins for them to relocate it. No real apology’, they just said there’s nothing they could do about it. Shoddy!”
“stress free and easy service, drop-off at car park close to terminal, hand over keys to reception, get barcode card for return, walk to terminal. same on way back. signposting to the area to dropoff & pickup could be improved, but otherwise good start to holiday”
