Very easy process arriving and departing. Tried other meet & greets and found them quite stressfull, but this was so easy. 100% will use again.

All worked well. I will definitely do this again if the price is right. Could do with adding a bit more on the instructions on how to get to the Orange car park i.e. go past Blue and Red - Orange is next after the Red car park.

The new 'Meet and Greet' is very convenient and efficient, but lost something in the personal service. But it had the benefit of not having to phone ahead before arrival and return at the airport - and meant we didn't have to be concerned if traffic affected our arrival time on the outward journey or any delays on the flight home.

We have used ACE Meet and Greet via APH several times at Gatwick and have never had a problem. My dashcam showed our car being driven normally to a compound not too far from the airport. The car was parked up ready upon our return. We walked straight out of the airport, picked up our waiting keys and drove off within minutes. I have recently read about the Cowboy Meet and Greet operators preying on victims at Gatwick but these boys are the good boys...not Cowboys.

Excellent booking process, directions and staff on arrival and return - couldn’t fault it and would definitely use again.

Simple fast and efficient. Booked it with flight numbers so as they can have car ready when we land. Arrived in car park. Plenty places to park. Hand keys in reception. Arrived in car park after hols. Go to reception keys and car ready. Good job.

Great service, easy drop off and pick up, even in the early hours. The only way to park at the airport from now on!
