“I would recommend because when it works it is good - however I arrived back at the north terminal at Gatwick and my car was no where to be seen. The staff were unhelpful and rude but eventually I did get my car back. Was told it was at the south terminal but then told it was in their compound so not sure where it was.”
“So easy to use the ACE meet and greet at Gatwick North Terminal. No need to call in advance for drop off or pick up. Nice convenient location behind the SOFITEL and staff very friendly. When we booked using Tesco vouchers price between this and off airport was negligible.”
“Seamless from start to finish. Directions to park were clear and the barrier automatically raised up. We were directed to an empty parking slot to empty the car. Once done a few paced to the desk and the operator took our keys and gave us a ticket for collection.
There is a short walk to the terminal, so be aware if you have elderly or infirm friends with you.
On the way back the car was ready waiting, looked as if it had been cleaned too. A few minutes to load up and we were away and on the M23 heading home. Great service, with a smile and they did everything they said they would.”
