“Convenient but the staff were a miserable bunch, i’m not expecting an overly cheerful individual but crack a smile at least and the guy on the phone who I called when I was ready to pick up the car seemed very impatient. Yeah I get it, airport customers can be frustratingly slow or annoying but if you work in customer service - expect it.”

“Quick & easy, followed the instructions to the North Terminal. Parked straight away handed in my car key with full instructions of what to do on our return. On our return, we handed the card over & the car was parked right by the exit.
Helpful, friendly staff.
Would recommend paying a little extra & and the 5 mins walk to departures was so stress free.”
