“Drop-off was excellent, instructions were clear and straightforward. However, while I was away, I used the app on my phone to check the car's location and its status, the app showed the car was parked away from the airport, which I expected, as I wasn't due to land until the next day. However, the car's left front window was shown as open. I wasn't aware of the weather at home but it was the night of thunderstorms. On collection, I said to the man behind the counter about the window being left open, he said that the car had been parked in the multistorey so wasn't affected, this was a lie as my car was covered in rainwater I had also checked my app before boarding and it wasn't parked at the airport. The car did seem dry inside. However, the air conditioning was on 28 degrees the radio station was altered, I don't see why the drivers are changing things like this when they should just be parking the car locally and it's not their vehicle. I have another reservation with APH for later in the year, which on balance, I'm likely to cancel and try a different company.”

“It was ok. Did the job. Not as good as it used to be when they would meet you with the car just outside the terminal. Arrived back at 5am & had to stand and wait while someone went and got the car from wherever they’d parked it while we were away.
Also, paid £15 for a clean and it was still filthy.”
