“My experience of Ace Meet and Greet was exactly what I had hoped. I booked the service because I didn't have time to mess around with finding distant car parks and waiting for bus transfers. I had to get on the road for a meeting elsewhere as soon as arriving back in the UK. Although I printed out all the paperwork for the booking, I didn't need it because they gave me a card with my booking reference and the phone numbers to call when I handed over the keys. Staff were helpful and courteous at all times. There are certainly cheaper options for airport parking but short of leaving the car in the airport car park for the whole trip, this is the most convenient.”
“When we dropped the car off my wife left her phone in the car. Alex, who met us, waited with the car while attempting to contact me (I had my phone on do not disturb as it was early), and waited patiently until we contacted the office once we had realised we had forgotten the phone and for me to get back to the car. I am MOST grateful to Alex for this extra level of service.
