“Rude! car is damaged in their hand but are refusing to do anything about it. They laughed at My wife when she reported it. Will never use them again.
They had parked my car under a tree , the car was clean when we gave it to them and it came back with bird poo over it and covered in dust.
With the car park being dingey its not easy to check every Inch if the car when collecting especially when the car is black.”
“Starting with the positive, it is close to the airport and its easy to find.
Now starting with why I wouldn't recommend them, I found the man behind the counter incredibly rude however he lighten up my husband arrived (?) . It wasn't very welcoming at all.
Upon my return, I was advised that my car was in a bay however unless the definition of bay has changed, it most definitely was not in a bay, it was parked without care and potentially unsafe position, my car was filthy and I only had a full valet a few days prior. It appeared to me that they simply didn't care for my property.”
“First time using ace parking .
Parked my car for seven days at Gatwick airport. Drop off easy but not made fully aware of where to park so asked another customer. Man at reception rude and just assumed everyone has parked a hundred times with them.
After arriving back to pick up my car another man at reception basically served me whilst having a chat with another colleague almost threw my my key and mumbled a number again just assuming i knew where it was.. he was disgruntled that i had to ask him to explain...
Returned to my car i was unaware that the handbrake had not been applied so as i got in it rolled back into the bay wall. Luckily there was no damage...
Overall i found the staff very rude and no personal touch at all.. it seems as though they have forgotten the fact that not everyone uses there meet and greet.
i understand the monotony of what the job entails but it has obviously been forgotten that these vehicles are other peoples property and not assuming you know the procedure would help.”
