On the plus side all staff were courteous and helpful. The car was collected without delay and was there when we arrived from our flight. So full marks for that part of the service.
On the down side the car was returned absolutely filthy - coved in dust and mud. Most disconcerting was that the dashcam had been disconnected. Why do this unless you have something to hide?”
