“Booked in two cars using the Tesco voucher deal which was easy.
Followed the instructions to the drop-off area in the short-stay car park where we were met by the team who were efficient. A couple of minutes later we were in the terminal.
On arrival back, we just had to call a number given to us on a card when collected our bags and proceed to where we dropped the car off in the short stay car park. The cars were ready for us and we were loaded and off home in a few moments.
To be honest, can think of any improvements to the service.
Well done to all involved, made the start and finish of our holiday stress-free.”
“Very smooth process on arrival and departure. Forgot to call Ace when arrived back at Gatwick but the car was ready within 15 minutes. Very convenient location. Would certainly use again.”
“The instructions for drop off were unclear for Gatwick South.We ended up in the 1st carpark and rang them for help to get to the orange carpark @ about 4.15am. When we finally got through and explained we couldn't find our way out of the carpark we'd driven into the ACE guy was quite rude....'saying oh my god' huffing and puffing. We were v stressed as we were worried about missing our flight. There was no one to ask in the 1st carpark so we were reliant on the phone call.
Recommend if the instructions are made clearer. ie Orange is the 2nd Car park so ignore 1st car park entrance”
“This was my first time of using any meet and greet airport service, but having worked at Heathrow for quite a while I was all too aware of the plentiful supply of " Cowboy " operators in the business and had personal knowledge of a catalogue of horror stories from customers who had, largely through no fault of their own, ended up receiving appalling or no service at all. In the end, I chose Ace Meet and Greet through A.P.H, which I regarded as a trusted brand and the whole experience was faultless. Even with a 70-minute delay on our return flight Ace was obviously on the ball and we waited less than 5 minutes at the pickup/drop point for our car to be returned by a cheerful and efficient handover driver. There was no suspicious mileage increase, damage, Mcdonald's wrappers, bird droppings or evidence of "off-road" parking. A great service which I have no hesitation in recommending”
