“AWFUL! We travel a lot but this is the first time using Ace meet & greet, I would not recommend! No photos were taken of the car or checks done by the staff when we dropped the car off. They rushed us to leave the car with them, my husband had been on another flight so we had to quickly switch bags over for the next flight.
On returning late at 12.30am after our flight, they arrived with the car and watching the staff member driving our car was very worrying (the car stopping starting juddering back and forth) and then he was unable to park straight in a bay and just abandon the car across a few bays. Whilst putting the bags in the car we were then beeped at by another member of staff arriving with another car which was completely unnecessary, the car was right behind us and didn’t give us chance to move our heavy bags. Poor experience!”
“Overall service very good. Polite staff and easy drop off and collection however will be lodging a complaint for the condition of my car on our return. The car had obviously been parked under a tree and was completely covered in a thick, sticky sap. No effort had been made to give it a quick hose off to make it safe for driving. Visibility was poor as the windows were so dirty. I understand I hadn't paid for a valet clean however I still paid £300 for the booking so don't think a quick hose down to make it safe to drive would have hurt.”
