“When we returned the car wasn’t there said that we hadn’t given arrival details when we had and it was on the confirmation. Told me not to worry the car would be with us in 10 minutes which was clearly never going to happen and we waited almost an hour which meant we hit peak time traffic leaving.”
“This was the second time we have used this company obviously because they were great the first time. Unfortunately whilst we were on our way home from our vacation my husband sitting in the passenger side noticed there was a rock on the bonnet just below the windscreen. I’m currently driving on the m25 with no way to turn around as traffic was building on the other side. He continued to look and noticed there was a crack at the top of the windscreen. After three and a half hours driving home in awful traffic we took a closer inspection and noticed there was also a dent just above the top of the windscreen. So it seems a rock had fallen onto the roof of the car, bounced and cracked the windscreen and landed on the bonnet of the car. The rock had also been sat on the car a while as you could see dust had settled around it. So wherever the car was parked whilst we were away is where this had happened. Unfortunately for us after a long and delayed flight, being very tired we didn’t check the car when we collected. We had never had issues before with this company. We didn’t turn around because we couldn’t. The traffic was horrendous both ways and we were far from home and very tired. Haven’t bothered to contact the company either because it’s there word against ours. I simply don’t have the energy for it. So, these things do happen and it is the risk you take. I hope the company take more care about where the cars are parked. This is merely a warning to check your cars when you collect them. Other than the Dana he I couldn’t fault them.”
